From production incidents to full-stack deployments — I keep things running.

I'm an Application Support Engineer and CS undergraduate based in Sri Lanka, passionate about building and maintaining reliable systems. I bridge the gap between software and infrastructure — from diagnosing production incidents to deploying containerised workloads and crafting full-stack applications.

Currently interning as an Application Support Engineer at Duo Software, I work daily with FreeSWITCH SIP trunking, distributed PostgreSQL clusters (Patroni/ETCD), Redis, HAProxy, and Docker-based deployments. Outside of support work, I've built and shipped full-stack web apps for clients across Sri Lanka and Australia, and researched on-device AI privacy systems for my Computer Science final year project.

  • Resolved recurring system issues through hands-on troubleshooting, escalation handling, and structured problem diagnosis in a live production environment.
  • Supported high-availability infrastructure design using HAProxy for load balancing and Patroni/ETCD for distributed PostgreSQL clustering.

Privacy-enhanced ephemeral messaging Android app with an on-device AI threat-detection pipeline using a quantised YOLOv8n TFLite model (~6.61 ms inference, 60.5% mAP). Media blurs dynamically upon detecting nearby cameras or multiple viewers — no cloud processing required.
